We are a global community for a new era of female leaders, enabling them to claim their seat at the table by boosting confidence, competence, and connections. We support these leaders through mentoring, networking, and career programs.
In 2020, we started connecting fantastic companies such as Google, BCG, Mondi, Bank Austria, and many more with our female talents. In 2021, we proudly launched Europe’s first job platform matching female talent with inclusive companies. And in 2022, we launched our Leadership: Redefined movement, celebrating extraordinary leaders driving change in today’s business world.
